Wanted to inform your members that my father Maurice Hayes was a member of the US Navy Band at Cinclantflt. He served in the mid 70's with a Rock Band named Gale Force in Norfolk VA. He continues to really wanted to attend your reunion this year. However as he continue to perform, he now sings with his 18 year old daughter as a vocal duo. I invite you and your members to view their performance tonight on America's Got Talent's first live show recorded from the New Jersey Performance Art Center at Newark NJ. He started his career in music with the United States Navy, as a few of you may remember. SHayes

Hello Everyone, Submitting my membership now. I look forward to seeing some old shipmates soon. I am currently very sick but still fighting it as hard as I can. This is harder then any MU test I ever took! Please keep me in mind if I don't get to see you at a reunion. My band years are never forgotten.

Thanks to Terry, Bob, and Smitty, I have been given the green light to pursue TV and newspaper coverage for our upcoming reunion. Interest has been expressed by the Orlando Sentinel news paper. I have contacted 3 TV stations in hope they will take an interest. I look forward to seening you at the reunion and hopefully, be prepared to share some insight into Navy Music.
